TRIIIBE
Membership Agreement & Code of Conduct
Strong, Not Loud.
Triiibe exists because meaningful brotherhood doesn't happen by accident.
We believe men benefit from having other men in their corner: people who challenge them, encourage them, celebrate their successes, and stand beside them through difficult seasons.
Membership is an invitation to contribute to something larger than ourselves.
By joining Triiibe, I agree to the following principles.
1. Show Up With Respect
I will treat fellow members with dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, profession, financial circumstances, or life experiences.
Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect, intimidation, harassment, discrimination, and personal attacks are not.
2. Build Brotherhood, Not Just Contacts
I recognize that Triiibe is more than a networking group.
I will approach other members with genuine curiosity, generosity, and a willingness to build authentic relationships.
I understand that meaningful connections are built through trust, consistency, and reciprocity.
3. Respect Confidentiality
Members may share personal experiences involving family, relationships, finances, careers, and other sensitive subjects.
I agree to respect the privacy of these conversations and not share another member's personal information or experiences outside the group without permission, except when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect someone's safety.
4. Give More Than You Take
I understand that a strong community depends on members contributing to one another.
When reasonably able, I will look for opportunities to offer encouragement, knowledge, introductions, practical assistance, or other forms of support.
There is no expectation that every member contribute equally or in the same way.
5. Take Responsibility for Myself
I am responsible for my own decisions, actions, and well-being.
Advice, discussions, recommendations, and personal experiences shared by other members are not substitutes for qualified professional guidance.
I understand that Triiibe is a peer community, not a mental health treatment program, financial advisory service, or professional counseling organization.
6. Keep Business Ethical
I may promote my services, make referrals, or offer member discounts in approved community spaces.
I agree to be transparent, honest, and respectful in all business interactions.
I will not engage in deceptive sales practices, aggressive solicitation, or misuse the community's membership information.
7. Participate Responsibly
I understand that gatherings, outings, volunteer projects, and other Triiibe activities are voluntary.
I agree to follow reasonable event rules and safety instructions and to respect the decisions of organizers.
I understand that activities may involve risks and that certain events may require additional waivers or acknowledgments.
8. Protect the Community
I will not engage in violence, threats, bullying, harassment, or behavior that places other members at unreasonable risk.
I understand that Triiibe leadership may intervene, restrict participation, or terminate membership when necessary to protect the community, consistent with its Membership Terms & Conditions.
9. Respect Boundaries
I will respect other members' time, personal boundaries, families, and privacy.
Membership does not entitle me to another member's professional services, financial assistance, personal information, or participation in activities.
10. Help Build Something Worth Belonging To
Triiibe is a community shaped by its members.
I recognize that my attitude, participation, and actions influence the experience of others.
I commit to helping create an environment where men can be challenged without being diminished, supported without being judged, and celebrated without competition.
